Exhibiting at Animal Rights 2010 is
a superb way of presenting your mission, products, and
services to leaders and opinion makers of the animal protection
and vegetarian communities, as well as newcomers. Recent
conferences attracted 90+ exhibitors and 800-1000 attendees & visitors.

Individual exhibitor promotion includes a listing in the printed AR2010 Program and a link on our website. The public is invited through local ads to attend free of charge. The Exhibit Hall is located in the ballroom of the main conference floor, and we frequently encourage attendees to visit during the breaks.

Exhibits are open three days, Friday-Sunday (July 16-18), 10:15am-6pm. We provide a 6-ft skirted table (or equivalent space), 2 chairs, and a waste basket. Exhibit locations will be assigned by conference management team with priority given to Sponsors, multiple exhibitors, and early registrants.
Exhibit Registration is $500 for a commercial company, $300 for a nonprofit organization selling merchandise, and $200 for a nonprofit organization that is not selling. There is an additional $50 charge for an exhibit over 5.5' high (which has to be against a wall - space is limited so register early if you need wall space), $25 for electric hookup, and $50 for setting up an unstaffed table.
The exhibits may not advocate or condone any form of animal exploitation, and any products offered for sale may not contain animal ingredients or be tested on animals.

For shipping, use the format below. Aim for a delivery date of Monday-Thursday (July 12-15th). Return shipping through UPS & FedEx will be available from the hotel so bring your account number.
