We are excited to bring #AR2020 to vegan-friendly Portland, OR for the first time ever! The conference will take place at the brand new Hyatt Regency which is located at 375 NE Holladay Street, Portland, Oregon, 97232.
The Hyatt Regency is conveniently located downtown across the street from the MAX Light Rail and is just 10 miles from the airport (a 30-minute ride on the light rail for $2.50). Located in the city's Lloyd District, it is directly across the street from the Oregon Convention Center and within walking distance to a handful of vegan-friendly restaurants. The venue offers discounted rooms with cruelty-free bedding, spacious meeting facilities, and vegan options in their restaurant. Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome!
Portland in July is a highly desirable destination with beautiful weather. If you plan to book a room, we recommend that you do so as early as possible since this is the busiest season in the city and space is limited. The discounted rate for AR2020 attendees at the Hyatt will be available until June 26.
We've negotiated a highly discounted rate at the hotel for AR2020 attendees of $150/night + occupancy taxes (11.5%) for single or double rooms during the conference dates (July 16-19). Please note that the rate increases if you are sharing a room with more than one other person and notify the hotel: $160/night for three people per room or $170/night for four people.
