Exhibit at AR2020!

Exhibiting at the Animal Rights  National Conference is an excellent way of presenting your mission, products, and services to the animal rights community, cruelty-free shoppers, and newcomers. Recent conferences hosted 120+ exhibitors and more than 1,700 attendees and visitors. View the AR2020 Exhibit Contract. 

Exhibits are open three full days throughout the event: Friday, July 17, Saturday, July 18, and Sunday, July 19. Each exhibit consists of a 6’ table (or the equivalent 6’ floor space should the table be removed) and two chairs. In an effort to make exhibit space affordable to groups of all sizes, pricing is broken up into tiers based on income with a 15% discount for nonprofit organizations.

Exhibitors receive promotion on social media as well as a listing in the printed conference program and a linked logo on our website. Exhibit areas are free and open to the public, and we promote them locally to encourage visitors. They are centrally located within the venue, and we frequently encourage attendees to visit during breaks.

Exhibit registration rates are as follows based on annual income:

Between $200k and $500k $475
More than $500k per year $600

*  Nonprofit organizations receive a 15% discount. 


  • $50 for wall space (exhibits over 5.5' high must be placed against a wall) per table
  • $25 for electric hookup
  • $15 per box shipped to the hotel** Outgoing shipments are the responsibility of the exhibitor and can be arranged directly with hotel FedEx or preferred shipping method.

  • Fill out the AR2020 Exhibitor Contract and mail it to us with a check. We prefer this method to save on processing fees so more money goes directly to the cause.
  • Register online below. Please note that there is a 4% processing charge.

Exhibiting Details

All exhibitors and sponsors of the Animal Rights National Conference must be in alignment with the vision that animals deserve the right to be free from all forms of human exploitation.

Each exhibit table comes with two exhibitor badges, which provide admission to all sessions and networking receptions (meals are not included). As such, there is no admission fee to the exhibit areas so exhibitors may invite as many volunteers to help as needed at no extra charge. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $150 each.

Each exhibit consists of a 6’ table (or the equivalent 6’ floor space should the table be removed) and two chairs. Display height is limited to 7’ for wall exhibits and 5.5’ for all others. Location will be assigned by the Exhibits Manager with priority given to sponsors and early registrants.

Exhibitor registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage you to join early to get a better spot in the exhibit hall, as well as take advantage of the benefits such as being listed on the website and promoted on social media & print publications. Exhibit spaces will be assigned by conference management with priority given to sponsors and early registrants. The deadline for exhibitor registration is July 3rd.

Exhibitors may not advocate or condone any form of animal exploitation and must be in alignment with the conference vision that all animals deserve to live free from human exploitation. All merchandise and other items distributed or sold at the Animal Rights National Conference must be 100% plant-based (no animal products - no meat, eggs, dairy, honey, or by-products i.e. gelatin) and must not be tested on animals.

According to hotel regulations, indoor exhibitors may only distribute or sell food items that are fully sealed (if distributing food items at all) such as single serving snack bars, trail mix, granola, etc.. Any exhibitor distributing such food items must be a certified business with proper licensing. No food may be served in bulk and distributed with any risk of contamination (no open bags, packages, or containers).

We ask that all exhibitors take note of the the set-up times and be completely set up and ready at the start of exhibiting hours and shut down only at the assigned exhibit area closing time--please note that some attendees only purchase single day passes to the conference so we expect exhibitors to stay throughout the duration of the exhibit times.
