If you are not able to join as an exhibitor, we strongly encourage you to join as an attendee to take advantage of the many networking opportunities available.

Exhibiting at the Animal Rights 2019 National Conference is an excellent way of presenting your mission, products, and services to the animal rights community, cruelty-free shoppers, and newcomers. Recent conferences hosted 120 exhibitors and 1,750 attendees and visitors.

Exhibits are open three full days throughout the event: Friday, July 26, Saturday, July 27, and Sunday, July 28. We provide a 6-ft table (or equivalent space) and two chairs. In an effort to make exhibit space affordable to groups of all sizes, pricing is broken up into tiers based on income with at 15% discount for nonprofit organizations.

Exhibitors receive promotion on social media, as well as a listing in the printed conference program and a link on our website. Exhibit areas are free and open to the public, and we promote them locally to encourage visitors. They are centrally located within the venue and we frequently encourage attendees to visit during breaks.

Exhibit registration rates are as follows based on annual income:

Exhibitor Additions:
$50 for wall space 
(exhibits over 5.5' high must be placed against a wall)
$25 for electric hookup.
$20 + tax per individual WiFi connection (the hotel will charge directly for WiFi)
$4.50 per box or $50 per pallet
(for incoming and outgoing shipments)

All exhibitors and sponsors of the Animal Rights National Conference must be in alignment with the vision that animals deserve the right to be free from all forms of human exploitation.

Each exhibit table comes with two exhibitor badges, which provide admission to all sessions and networking receptions (meals are not included). As such, there is no admission fee to the exhibit areas so exhibitors may invite as many volunteers to help as needed at no extra charge. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $125 each.

Exhibitor registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage you to join early to get a better spot in the exhibit hall, as well as take advantage of the benefits such as being listed on the website and promoted on social media & print publications. The final deadline for exhibitor registration is July 11th.

Exhibit spaces will be assigned by conference management with priority given to sponsors and early registrants. Exhibitors may not advocate or condone any form of animal exploitation and must be in alignment with the conference vision. All products offered must be free of animal ingredients and must not be tested on animals.

We ask all exhibitors to take note of the exhibitor times and be setup when exhibiting hours start and end only when the exhibiting hours end. We expect the exhibitors to exhibit the entire exhibitor time.
